Would you like some tea, darling? A 3-week-old Chihuahua puppy named Tom Thumb sits in a teacup in Renton, Scotland, April 7. The pup, which measures 8 inches long and weighs about 3 ounces, is thought to be one of the smallest dogs born in the U.K. and is just two inches short of a world record.
